(In my own opinion, this is a hilarious anti-feat & outlier, with the emphasis on "ant". An explanation would be appreciated, but I don't think this should be the basis for a downgrade.)
In Hunter X Hunter, after Meruem is revived, he shows off his new & improved speed, while his dialogue reveals he's lost his memories. It's estimated Meruem could get back to the palace in 20, or even 15 minutes. Seeing a chance, Shaiapouf has one of his segments hurry back to the palace to kill Komugi while Meruem still doesn't remember her.
As Meruem flies back, Shaiapouf realizes Meruem would get back in FIVE minutes at this speed... And as his segment arrives, ahead of Meruem, to where Komugi was... said segment gets ambushed by Knuckle Bine, who imbues some of his aura to activate his nen ability, making APR/Hakoware begin hovering over Shaiapouf to represent the debt.
Thing is, APR/Hakoware appears floating next to the segment of Shaiapouf that is literally riding Meruem's tail during Meruem's flight. APR/Hakoware is only visible while within 50 meters of Knuckle.
An estimate given in the show itself by someone observing Meruem flying said he'd need 5 minutes to return to the palace.
50 meters in 5 minutes (Or 300 seconds). That translates to roughly 0.16667 meters per second. Very much below Below Average Human Speed.
Given that Meruem is comparable to most or all the top tiers at that point, anyone who gets their speed from scaling to him should be downgraded.
