We can get a tier 2 Kanon at a certain scaling, but I'm personally skeptical about this.

So due to the game board being a metaphorical description of certain other events we should maybe not use powerscaling except through comparison made from statements? (or at least consider that a good amount of battles may be based on PIS, because of that)

Some things can be explained by means hax and weaknesses. But even so there will be many problems. So it would be better to limit powerscaling.

I don't think scaling should be used at all when humans are involved. In my opinion it makes no sense for them to be on par with higher dimensional entities (even the avatars are universe level+) though they are of course exceptions, I've viewed most of those moments as PIS.
