The Human Domain can't be 1A, maybe only if you include stuff from ReWrite and high-ball it, but ReWrite isn't canon to When They Cry. The ones that call Human Domain 1A are either doing exactly that (including ReWrite), or they tier stuff differently to this site.

Yeah low 1-A is the best you're gonna get for the Human domain without re-write. I don't know why the Hierarchal ladder of concepts is used as everything above the third layer of it is like completely separate of the human domain since it's the ladder to becoming a higher order being like a witch.
