Ultron sentries question

Looking at the comments, Z's Universe (who made the original calc) states that only the high-end accounts for the distance:

"I accounted for the distance in the high end, I got about 4 meters. I didn't account for it in the low end because it would be pointless. Not even a slight upgrade so I didn't bother."
