Godzilla should be able to regenerate from almost everything the Megazord can throw it, I mean its body was mostly stable while it was on "burning" mode. And Godzilla has enough AP to boot

Godzilla would basically either tank or regen from all of the Megazord's punishment, seeing how Destoroyah is a literal hard counter to him and he was still able to battle him several times and even force him to run away twice. His Regenerationn is also very rapid and effective, even healing matter destroying attacks. Not to mention Godzilla can give back just as much damage as he's taking through the Burning Spiral Ray and Burning Nuclear Pulse. Infinite Heat Ray would probably be too much and at that point Godzilla's already going to detonate and probably take them both.

Burning Godzilla. His Regenerationn is insane, being able to tank all of Destroyah's attacks, who is basically a hard counter to him. And despite the Ultrazord's offensive power, Godzilla can also dish out just as much damage with his amped atomic breath. And even if the Ultrazord would try to dodge it, Godzilla has a omnidirectional pulse that would fry the thing.
