Arch Belial Scaling
So basically Arch Belial has a statement of being on par with the legendary giant with said giant in Belial Galactic Empire being revealed to be Ultraman Noa. So Arch Belial should scale to Heisei Era Noa and become At least Low 2-C, possibly 2-A, likely Low 1-C. And Kaiser form can downscale to 1/10 Arch Belial as the difference between them is stated to be an order of magnitude (10x). This is mentioned in the Imgur as well so just take a look at that.Here's the blog with the Arch Belial changes basically a slight buff to the scaling with a few new characters scaling higher but not much.
Additional Keys To Profiles
The Arch Belial changes bring me to my next point: some of the profiles also need to be changed. And since I'm already here might as well list all the profiles that have some minor changes needed. So to begin with we currently have a few profiles where the different eras are shared under one key but we should probably split them as its made pretty clear with the Arch Belial scaling that Noa doesn't stay the same strength in Heisei and Galaxy Crisis Era. Key Removal
Basically we've decided that some of these fusion forms that create an entirely new entity should be a separate profile then be on the profile of the fusee.
