Don't get me wrong, I don't think Pikachu should scale. It'd be like scaling Krillin to Goku. But Gladion and Silvally are main cast members in S/M, and is clearly Ash's main rival. So yeah, we'll have to look past those inconsistencies...often

You do not understand that the Pokémon Anime is filled with PIS and bad powerscaling, this why the profiles are not High 6-A to 2-C because of that Pikachu. You may also agree that every trainer that fought Ash Pikachu is 2-C because he damaged Arceus, but i disagree since i'm trying to mantain consistence.
