Ultimate V=L

Not sure if this is the same as Ultimate L conjecture but is someone willing enough to send me some of the sauce for this? I keep trying to find a sauce or link for ultimate v=l but i seemingly can't find it, i only see v=l which is the axiom of constructabillity.

(And i don't think Ultimate V=L and V=L is the same.)

The Sauce
Ultimate V=L is a way for the conjecture to break down axioms of infinity beyond choice, to be weaker than itself. Or rather prove that Large Cardinal axioms exist in the universe of sets without it breaking down. But conversely you have to assume it's true, otherwise it could prove that the conjecture is inconsistent etc etc
