Ulquiorra Cifer Vs. King Piccolo

Ulquiorra takes this. He's smarter, more skilled and his regen should allow him to not get killed off the bat. Piccolo might have an AP advantage but he can only fire off 1 or 2 of his strongest attacks before becoming fatigued. Where as Ulquiorra can toss out as many Lanza as he wants.

While I admit Ulquiorra is more Intelligent (in planing), he is not more skilled in combat as King Piccolo is much older and is a master martial artist.
Where did you get King Piccolo can only fire off two of his strongest attacks?. Even then Ulquiorra may be able to regenerate limbs but not organs and since King Piccolo has higher AP he can do massive damage with two blasts.

Piccolo was extremely fatigued after using his strongest attacks twice against Kid Goku, I believe this is even stated in his profile. Also Ulquiorra has shown that he can survive attacks that are much stronger than what he can output (Vasto Lorde Ichigo) He was even able to break through Ichigo hiero after taking a cero from point blank range. He should honestly have city level+ durability.

He only survived because of his Regenerationn, and even then he died because he was at his limit.

Also Vasto lords ichigo isn't as strong as king piccolo.

Because if it isn't equalized, it would be a speed stomp.

Because one of the two characters might be slower than the other.
Example : Character 1 is Mach 1k , Character 2 is Mach 10k.
Character 2 would probably blitz Character 1..
Example : Character 1 is Mach 1k , Character 2 is Mach 10k.
Character 2 would probably blitz Character 1..
