UES absorption

the verse has an UES, character A scales to a certain amount of energy, lets say 500 joules
character B scales to 500 joules also (for some reasons, being comparable to him or something), character B then absorbs character's A energy/ues, can we say that character B's final AP is character B itinial AP + A's AP ? since the potency residing within character's B energy is now one with character's A and in addition to its original AP
so, 1000 joules or is that considered calculation stacking

Yes, you can. It would be logical to think so and you don't need a UES for this, and it's not considered calculation stacking.
