Let's go straigth to the point

Elemental Powers are stated by WOG to originate from the same energy source (aka Source Energy), so the Limited Energy System justification should be changed to this

Now I know this was barely discussed in another thread on another subject, but we got new statements during that time that would support the existence of a UES for Magic. (This would also make the scaling of many profiles far easier). So here's the argument:

Limited Energy System

Magic is made clear to not be an Element nor an Elemental Essence, and we have WOG confirming Magic is a whole system. Magic is split in different kinds, who can be used in a variety of ways with magical power items or without them. These statements would imply that every spells comes from the same energy system, and that magical weapons users scale to non magical weapons users

Non Physical Energy System

Magic users has shown that all their non-physical powers scale to each other in Attack Potency, as we can see that an increase in Magic amps their power, like with Clouse using Dark Matter to increase his overall magic potency, which is further stated by himself. Morever, Arrakore heavily implies to not be able to do anything to the Howlers while being powerless, which he further explains here, but upon regaining his magic, he's able to physically harm them and even kill them. This implies that a loss of magic will also render them weaker, and the reverse would make him stronger.

Universal Energy System

Magic users has shown to be able to channel their magic throught their physicals, such as the Wolf Mask Warriors, who, with the help of their Magical mask, can physically enhance themselves, and have that magical power increased by Rox. The Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, who are referred as magical items, was also stated to be coursing throught the user body and give one a power comparable to True Potential (which is a massive amp), was used by Aspheera, who wields a magical staff, to make herself stronger to the point where she easily defeated the Ninjas physically, something she was unable to do before

Agree: @DarkDragonMedeus @REX9097 @ByArrow @MasqueTLDF @TheOrangeGuy09 @AigerTheKing @GarrixianXD @Elizhaa @ActuallySpaceMan42
Disagree:
Neutral: @Propellus
(Not really a proper agreement or disagreement, just finds WOG fishy to use)

I'm fishy about this, because I'm pretty sure that you're not supposed to be contacting creators or writers for power scaling information.

Authors socials basically serves as a Q&A forum for the verse. And also the last WOG answer where he talks about magic kinds and spells was unrelated to the question which was about if X character can use magic or no. The others ones asw

I certainly do not like the idea of using such post replies like these to be acceptable information, despite the posts you linked isn't noticeably asked with the sole purpose of powerscaling, though they're not part of a bigger Q and A thread either. Rest seems fine at a cursor glance and coming from someone who only read the scans you have given out, without seeing much further context.

Hum..alright. Can I count that as a staff vote or no?

Edit: I saw that you're vsbw Admin according to the website, so I'll count it (congrats)

Re-Edit: nvm Im dumb

So you agree with the thread since it isn't leading?

Regarding this tho, the author's social media basically serves as a place where he interact with fans, and his answer was also part of a thread of questions, like most of his answers in his bluesky profile which are mostly not leading like the ones I sent.

What do you think about this ↓
