Btw they do not have knowledge or prep. i mean animalistic characters don't deserve that.

I vote Kong's T-Rex for being much fairly bigger and having much higher LS, both useful things in what I think it would be a ferocious clash where both would try to overpower and tear apart the other.

About ap, I can't read joules, but Dino Crisis' Rex scales above someone who is baseline from upscaling, so Kong's rex is at minimum even, if not stronger.
