I say the black beast for its immunity to conventional attacks and very powerful soul manipulation

My money's on the Black Beast here. Not only is this monstrosity immune to most, if not all conventional weapons but only weapons shaped out of its own essence can practically lay it to rest. And what is Chaos here, especially in his Perfect form? A mass of energy shaped in a rather liquid-alike intangible state. While both of them are granted intangibility, the Black Beast is basically a soul-shredding radiative being and its one feat is that it almost consumed 'n destroyed the world. In other words, its Soul-related powers would give Chaos a run for his money, no matter how hard he'll attempt on amplifying himself, shape-shifting and what not. Soul-eliminating is practically linked, if a little bit towards existence erasure, given that it destroys the soul of the target, their spirit. Score for Black Beast here!
