Would this be type 2 conceputal manipulation for Transient beings? Another Transient Being called Father Time as the name suggests controls all of time throughout the multiverse/ Chronoflow. If it helps the Nightside is a separate dimension that is not part of the Material Plane

Could there be an argument for type 2 info hax here? I know its obviously mathematics manip but they also say that if you describe an object through maths, then the maths is the object
or would is it just be word games?

I'd say its both types of math manip. He can manip the math itself and doing so manipulate reality with the changes. info 2 would be manip of the building blocks of the reality, math isn't strictly the building blocks of reality, unless thats how the verse works.
