What's Goblin's soul manip resistance like?

Queenie with Snips blitzkriegs her eneimes, she uses her spear to stab or distract the foe while Snips eats them alive. Queenie also throws her knives to slow down running opponents and Snips is able to Misty Step (Teleport) 30 feet in order to catch up or surpise her opponents.

In terms of skill, she can fight trained Yaun Ti Guards on even ground and ran an entire tribe of Goblins very well. Usually being able to take down large dinosaurs with ease and even fought the parties Rogue and beat her.
