Scenario: KSI's drones have all broken loose and are heading to China to cause destruction. War Machine is deployed to neutralize the threat and is met with Stinger, who is ordered by Galvatron to take out War Machine.

Rules:

• Battle takes place in the middle of Shanghai. Civilians have been evacuated.
• Mark 3 War Machine is used here.
• Neither have prior knowledge on one another.
• Speed is Equalized
• War Machine's AP value is 171.687 and Stinger's AP value heavily downscales from 305 Tons of TNT. AP gap is below 1.77x

OK, so War Machine has quite a few things in his favor here, even the AP Advantage with certain attacks. He's arguably got better skill overall than Stinger but Stinger has better H2H Skill seeing as he was going Blow for Blow with Bumblebee and even getting the Upperhand at first. I think War Machine's best option here is to just Range Spam him to death with his huge arsenal of weapons.
