Gonna give this to Phil. He can likely use stealth to his advantage if he really needs to given how we've seen him use it. Immortality Type 2 helps him with the greater injuires he may receive

I think that entirely depends on the fight location. In the default location, Phil could use it pretty well

If it's daytime. Not really. Boxers fight up close. He wouldn't be able to run off hiding. Speed is equal so it's not like he gets help from there

I think it's likely he can do it. Phil was able to take Bob Saget's gun (while he was holding it) for the slighest moment he wasn't looking. Plus, Chita was right next to Phil and didn't even notice it. he can still use his stealth here. Daytime doesn't make a difference here since the area was lighted when Phil performed his feat.
