Did a bit of research about these two and they're pretty much equal. Except that this crazy fire woman has some attacks in Striking Strength that are the same as Mk8 Iron Man, however can be far higher with certain attacks. Since Iron Man cannot use anything above low 7-B while I'm assuming Two-Bit can, I'll give the edge to twobit.
If both cannot use stuff higher than Low 7-B, then it's a relatively even fight.
