This one is seriously tough. Every time I pull look at a feat each one has performed, there's always another feat that invalidates that. However, I've come up with my best contender for both

Disease Manipulation from SW : There was this short where Twilight lost control over her magic due to a cold.

Transmutation for TS : She can turn herself and her friends into other creatures while shape-shifting wasn't a part of SW's abilities

I think we can start from there
