Speed equalized, Kirby has no means to deal with Twilight's teleportation or dodge one of Twilight's attacks at point blank without his Warp Star (assuming the Warp Star is as powerful as it is in the games), and even assuming the Warp Star would be able to dodge said attacks, Anime Kirby can't even summon it on his own. To ride off of the previous post, Kirby would be an apple before Tiff could yell "Warp Star!"

The closest she has to actually using hax in a fight was when she froze Starlight Glimmer, but outside of that, she just blasts stuff.

Also, speaking of blating stuff, when it comes to AP, Twily scales from a 11 Megatons feat (scales as in stomps characters who stomp the character who did the feat effortlessly), while Kirby is 34 Megatons, so Twily may actually have the advantage here, but I'm not too sure.
