Link resists everything she has in this form and then some, while the exact opposite is true. Combine that with better combat experience and a more dangerous arsenal, and Link's gonna tame himself a new Epona.

Link wins due to reasons above. He can resist everything she has and has more stuff that Twilight has to fear then the other way around.

Yeah, Twilight has a speed advantage and takes him down before he can get any hax off. Maybe with speed equalized I think she could pull off a win. .40 >> .24c at his best.

Twilight and Link are at the same speed.
However, with the the buff to 4-B, Link will have much more trouble. Not sure about it being a stomp since he has beaten Sora and Spawn, both of which are the same tier as Twilight.
