TTGL: Simon harming an intangible opponent

Considering that Simon was able to make direct physical contact with the Anti-Spiral (who is supposedly non-corporeal), and the two of them fought evenly in a fistfight until Simon killed them with the Blood-drill, would we want to add "Can harm non-corporeal beings" to his Powers and Abilities? Or was it a different type of situation that I'm reading into wrong?

That thing never seemed non-corporeal when it showed up

It seems more like the avatar of the projected consciousnesses was a physical avatar
