R3: This round depends entirely on if we're accounting for protection from the SC. If we are, Tsunderplane can't win, but it's unlikely to lose, either. If not, then yeah, Tsunderplane takes this.

R5: How good is Kotori's regen? Can she come back from being hit with a warhead?

I found this in the wiki of Date A Live (Where Kotori is from) " Basically, it is an ability that protects the user from certain death as long as the user has enough mana." What does that mean you ask? I have no idea either.

I don't know too much about these characters to give an opinion, just here to point out that Kotori's regen is quite insane. She took a barrage of bullets from Kurumis and regenerated from a bloody rag of beeding holes to all new. Shidou, who has her regen ability, tanked a hell lot worse. He took a barrage of piercing ice needles from Yoshino, and regenerated from a bullet wound that destroyed like 3/4 of his body. So yeah, quite insane.
