so you guys already have bits of information on Shiki Tohno/Nanaya's profile regarding Satsujinki. he has a few feats, so might as well add a key for him, yeah?
Satsujinki is Tohno during the time of Talk and Prelude/Tsukihime 2. the one with the infamous blindfold for those of you who don't know.

he casually defeats Einnashe and survives inside his reality marble, who is stated to be one of the most powerful Dead Apostles and has killed many who have entered it, along with said Dead Apostle Ancestor fighting Merem and Ciel at the same time and damaging the former.
another feat of his is that he defeats Forte in an instant without even needing to cause her harm. and she is stated to be on par with the Burial Agency. the story even points out how it was "impossible to compete against this oriental."
also notice they are in Einnashe's reality marble, yet Satsujinki winds his bandages again after defeating Forte while in it and seemingly only took them off for Forte. so he was surviving in the reality marble of one of the strongest Dead Apostles that killed over a hundred elite individuals without the use of his eyes and took out someone who rivals the Burial Agency while in it as well, then is making more progress towards the core than both Ciel and Merem combined with his blindfold on.
and as shown above, Merem says Tohno at this point could even take down Nrvnqsr, who is another one of the strongest Dead Apostle Ancestors. this may seem irrelevant since Shiki is the one who killed Nrvnqsr, but that was his true self as Nanaya. so this is a good statement for the Tohno personality.
Satsujinki also assassinates a Dead Apostle Ancestor that replaced Nrvnqsr faster than he could react and only noticed a shift in the wind before being killed.

in terms of where this key is rated at compared to his other keys, i'd reckon it's vaguely in the same league as Wallachia's Tatari Nanaya, who toyed with 50% Arcueid perhaps. it should go True Form/Tsukihime Nanaya >>>> Tatari Wallachia Nanaya >= Satsujinki/DEATH > White Len Tatari Nanaya and Melty Blood Tohno.
now this next thing is something about Roa that may or may not get accepted. i can understand both sides honestly, which is why I want to compromise with a "possibly" rating.
Roa may have an offensive 1-A ability? maybe? the evidence seems to point to it?
Roa has an interesting Last Arc in Melty Blood that looked quite odd. it looks like he's opening a portal to the Root and summoning dark tendrils to throw his enemy in there.
for many years I have dismissed this as a weird attack animation because I was lazy and just read the TM wiki, which is full of fanfiction nonsense. the wiki stated this was his Overload reality marble, but this is blatantly wrong and the game says this is what it really is.
this name fits much more with what is being shown on screen.
"Hollow" is one of the things that has been used to describe the Root.
so to sum it up quickly, Roa has an ability where he opens a black portal and summons tendril-like things to throw his enemy into it. it is called "Hollow Course", which implies he's opening a pathway to the Root since "Hollow" has been one of the descriptions of the Root and Roa already has the knowledge of keeping his soul intact and cycling through the Root into a new host, so him knowing the pathway to get there makes sense. and this is further backed up by this move including "Seventeen Reincarnations" as apart of its name, which directly involves his Root shenanigans.
while all of this adds up, since it isn't super concrete, i'd argue for a "possibly" rating. something like this.
Possibly Soul Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Information Manipulation, Existence Erasure and Absorption via Hollow Course - Seventeen Reincarnations (Seems to be an ability that opens a pathway to the Root and sends his enemies there)
of course before some ask why Roa doesn't have all the powers of the Root if he has access to it, it's because beyond his soul, he doesn't resist all of the Root's passive shenanigans that would screw him over upon entering it. he'd just die and have to cycle through a new host if he went in there. and his enemy would outright die.
but yeah, i can see this being rejected understandably, but I think a "possibly" rating is quite fair, since there is a good amount of evidence supporting this and this is one of the most convincing characters in the franchise to have this ability, especially since he's already a 1-A smurf in a series with the most 1-A smurfs.

Merem mentioning him running into Satsujinki and telling Ciel that he's closer to its core than they are and Satsujinki killing it.
so Satsujinki survives in the reality marble of one of the strongest Dead Apostles that has killed over a hundred of other elite forces, was beating Merem and ruptured his leg, who is another Dead Apostle Ancestor, along with Ciel fighting right next to him to assist him. Satsujinki also was making more progress than both of them combined and was reaching Einnashe's core before them, with it stating the conclusion is obvious for anyone to imagine. at the very end Ciel tried to go after him, but it's doubtful her and an injured Merem would've gotten there in time. and Satsujinki was surviving in the forest easily without help and even had his bandages on most of the time, so he should be rated as far above Einnashe. the part down below shows him wrapping up his bandages in the forest.
