Mr. Immortal is stronger by a decent bit and seems to be a better fighter overall. Mumen wouldn't kill obviously, so his regen wouldn't kick in, but i'm still voting Mr. Immortal due to higher AP and skill.

I mean to be quite fair, while he did train under Hawkeye, he hasn't shown himself.be particularly skilled otherwise.

I wouldn’t call Mr. Immortal to be particularly skilled to be honest. He’s stronger by like four times though which makes me think he takes it but I may have to see some skill feats for Mumen Rider to determine fully.
