That shit does not matter when we're talking about a dude like Wilhelm He's already skilled enough on his profile to stomp but he's realistically way more than that considering he's equal to Cecilus.

Kurgan was also equal to him in skill and had an even greater ap difference and he still lost anyway.

This is the Traveler from the inazuma arc, Lumine literally just faced someone who has millennia of sword use, I don't think she would be outskilled, although she doesn't have any hax to use against, she has considerable resistance to Wilhelm haxes.
Even if she is outskilled, in both cases, upon seeing how strong the enemy is, she will use the stat boosts, with speed increase + 2x AP, she can win

The traveler got a power boost and beat Raiden through that. We dont even directly see them fight after it so we have no idea how much the traveler may have overpowered her by.

But even if we were to somehow argue the travler is equal in skill to Ei it still wouldn't be impressive. I'm sorry to say but Ei's scuffle in the realm of consciousness really isn't that impressive when characters comparable to Wilhelm at his peak can simulate years of training in a literal instant, while everything around them appears frozen from their perspective.

Regardless of years of experience, she just doesn't have the skill feats to compete with even lower tiered fighters. Sure, she can perform a super powerful sword technique like the Musou no Hitotachi, but the same could be said about an actual low tier and mortal character in ReZero like Rowan. ReZero characters just have so many absurd showings of their skill. It's a primary facet of the series' power system.

just gonna put this out hee for the millionth time, the amount of time you have spent swinging a sword doesnt really give you a skill level. Especially when there are characters like Theresia who can absolutely master any weapon just by touching it once
this is why feats are required
