Transforming a Planet?

I was wondering, what would the calculation be for transforming the physical make up of a planet from one material to another in days when you have an idea of how much energy is utilized for the task?

For context, it is electrical energy being used when for another example for comparison, there is enough electricity to power a large city for about 100 years.

And the Transformation occurs at a subatomic level.

If they transform the surface (or if the surface is all you can see being transformed), any entire surface feats should be done as High 6-A. If they transform the Earth and whats inside it, that'd be Low 5-B.

However, this is dependent on the size of the planet so I reccommend you go to the calculations guide or equivalent.

Thanks, the planet in question is Mercury, I am guessing it is the same as Earth’s
