Does transduality type 1 give someone a 1-A rating?

There's currently a staff discussion thread about high calibur P&A that's given via tiering so that might answer some of your questions (I've noticed you've posted similar questions before).

As for transduality type 1, no you don't need to be 1-A to have this ability (I believe they are some tier 9/8s that have it) also folks are discussing transduality on the same above mentioned thread too (since that ability can be pretty vague).
