Also "transcending time" doesn't mean jackshit. In order to qualify for Immeasurable speed like that you need to be far beyond the confines and control of linear time, meaning you cannot be bound by its laws whatsoever, you have to be able to move through time with sheer speed alone and you can't use any time travel time manip gimmicks to do so.
