Transcending time into Immeasurable?

If a character creates a dimension that exists outside time and space and/or transcends time, would that quantify for Immeasurable speed?

If it transcended time, maybe. But just "outside of time", not really unless there's some heavy additional context with it. On it's own, it won't.

Either way, yeah, I believe Ogbun is correct in this matter. Simply living Outside of Time would either be Higher Dimensional or Acasual, but it’s not enough to be Immeasurable in speed.

I have no clue if it’d actually result in Acasuality, I was just using it as an example. I do know characters such as Professor Paradox have Acasuality Type 1 for existing outside of Time.

Just "living" in a place outside of time doesn't really give you any Acausality on its own. You need to be Acausal yourself not just live in a place like that. But cases like that, without further context, would give you type 4 at best.
