Tranduality interaction

If a character has Tranduality 2, can they interact with Tranduality type 3?
and if a character can interact with Tranduality type 2, can they also interact with Tranduality type 3?

I'll just repost what I said to a similar question.

Nonduality as it currently stands only has feats depending on what the verse states it can do. If your verse just mentions a being is non-dual, but doesn't expand on what that means for them as a character, then it doesn't really do anything but look nice on a profile. This means if your verse want's to treat nondual entities as interactable that's fine, other verses may be different.
