About the question of Baam being Ranker level, i don't think he is, probably the strongest D rank regular or maybe even C rank but i don't know about B and A ranks unless the author is planing on doing a time-skip and showing everyone as rankers after the helltrain.

Can someone tell me or link me the chapter where zahard uses 23 bangs and the source for the administrators time manipulation?
 
We must give Immortality Type 4 to Zahard and the 10 Families Heads (in the future obviously since they still do not appear or have shown us fighting)? They are protected by the 100th Floor Guardian which is considered a "deity" in the Tower.
 
But was not it said that Phantaminum could casually erase the entire Tower and we currently know 135 Floors? (Although the total Floors number in the Tower is unknown) and we could not multiply: 2.84 Petatons X 135 for the Phantaminum Tier?
 
But why not put Phantaminum as: High 6-A, likely far higher? Since the calc that puts Admin is 2.84 Petatons casually and Enryu stomp the Admin and Phantaminum is vastly superior to Enryu, then it would not be strange to put Phantaminum in High 6-A baseline.
 
You have a point, by the way, do you have a link to where it was stated Phanta can destroy the tower? I checked the wiki and they don't have a source.
 
What will be the Phantaminum Tier?
