I have a problem here about PAIR arc Toriko:

Pre-enbu toriko (who is basically post-AIR Toriko): wins via Infinite kugi punch/Blue oni stomp.

Post-enbu toriko: casual attacks are more than enough to kill ichigo and can also shrug off any damage inflicted by him.

Post-PAIR toriko: well, the same but easier.

These are all the possibilities going for "PAIR arc Toriko". But yeah, he wins this.

Which one would be more balanced for Ichigo in your opinion?

Their 6-B forms should be very close to each other tbh. Here toriko has probably low (if post enbu) to mid (pre enbu) difficulty.

um... this one is more difficult... Toriko's only advantage is Ultimate routine, but he cannot use it for long periods of time at this point, so he would tire himself out very quickly (tho at the same time ichigo would have a very hard time). I can see Ichigo suriviving long enough if Toriko doesnt land enough damage, combined with his pseudo flight... yeah, Ichigo High-diff.
