While I believe you are joking DragEmp, just in case, he is apparently immune to soul manipulation because he is solely a machine (I take it this means he has no soul), so Toph shouldn't be having any problems bending this guy into scrap.

The problem is that he stat reduces SaberLeomon entire tiers and screwed up his reactions. He is also a Large Building oneshotting a Wall level. To conclude, Toph gets put in a home after Gizmon wrecks her because he goddamn flies.

This is a stomp unless its ooc for him to fly in a fight in which case its still a stomp or at the very least, an extremely "decisive" win for him.

Yeah lol no. Avatar characters be squishy as hell. Their better durability comes from their earth/metal/ice/water walls or giant spirit kaiju forms (depending on the character). Toph's walls are useless since she doesn't know he is even shooting at her (blindness does this). The best case scenario for her is to just hole up in some earth bunker underground for an inconclusive but she doesn't do that and he has limitless stamina to crack it open.
