Top 5 Strongest Characters for Every Tier Part 11

If speed isnt equalized then why is Nocturne, who has Infinite sped, below two guys who have Supersonic+ speed?

Then mercers done, if it didn't work on undead and keira didnt have another means to bypass his regen then have could have forced an incon but thats out now. How about dan? Whats his means of bypassing mercers regen?

Speed can be equalized or unequalized.

I dunno. Who is the person who speaks for the boy?

> Oersted has Abstract Existence Type 1 in 7-C key

so probably that

I think dan and mercer are tied for fifth reading it over dan has no way to bypass mercers level of regen and mercer can't harm noncorporeal beings...
No Dan can just use law manipulation to deal with mercee

So what are the suggested changes, then? Also Noc with infinite speed should be moved up to whatever spot he can incap at with speed unequal. I assume not 1, vs the AE guy, but maybe 2?

Which Tensei Slime Whatever characters are High 7-A again? I've clicked I dunno how many character links now, and all of the profiles I keep seeing are 7-C or 6-A or High 4-C or something.
Light novel.
Alright, so in order to save some time...

What do these characters have that can get around 1-A immortality, and how good is their resistance to mindhax, madness hax and illusions?

You know who I'm referring to when I ask about all of this.

My old clown friend is capable of mindhaxing and memorywiping the entire town of Derry via telepathy, and does so multiple times throughout the entire IT novel.

I've recently reminded myself that Derry is officially Stephen King's portrayal of Bangor, Maine. (Which he confirmed himself a long time ago.)

I couldn't find what the exact population of Bangor was in 1986, but it shouldn't be too far off from the town's current population.

How strong is Pennywise's resistance, though?

Diablo's aura, as you know, works on 210 people. However, it's passive, and it's a combination of fear, sleep, confusion, and death hax all at once.

Benimaru's and Shion's are the same, just minus the death hax.

Gazel's is the same, but it induces paralysis that bypasses your resistance, and empathic manipulation.

Rimuru, Souei, Hakurou, and everyone else's have to be activated, though.

Why is Rimuru rated above everyone else in this series if four of the other characters have a passive aura of hax?

The first two are going to need some sort of explanation. I'm having trouble wrapping my head around how something causes a person to feel fear, be confused, fall asleep and die all at the same time without causing a giant logic-paradox in the story itself.

Although anything that actually kills Pennywise is likely going to just prompt a respawn, since It actually legitimately holds a grudge against anything that somehow harms or incapacitates it, and would have gone right back and tried to kill the Losers again if they hadn't severely harmed its true form during the Ritual of Chud.

Also uh, hate to pull such an obvious dick move here, but...Pennywise's "mind" is technically 1-A. And the Losers (who are telepaths) don't visibly start reading or affecting the avatar's mind until the Ritual of Chud, where they're amped by another Tier 1 much more powerful than Pennywise is. (which implies that you actually do need to have mental feats on that level in order to do anything to its mind at all)

With Rimuru, he possesses far more hax, and his resistances are far higher than everyone else. The only one who even remotely comparable to him is Diablo, but Rimuru's mindset in the LN has him constantly doubting his own power and the power of subordinates. He's even somewhat scared of Diablo betraying him because of how strong he is.

And it's hard to explain, really, LN gave Slime hax crazy buffs. The physiology of Coercion/Ambition/Menace/Demon Lord's Haki can be explained here, and it's an absolute plethora of abilities.

If his mind is 1-A, then I suppose there's nothing they can do. I'm assuming that goes for the rest of his power and resistances, because some characters like Diablo & Rimuru start with Law Manipulation+Power Null, but I don't think that'll get them anywhere.

Outside of showing people the Deadlights, Penny's offensive powers aren't 1-A in the High 7-A form, no. But its mindhax still appears to be vastly above what the characters can resist, and the illusion casting is also absurd (it can make multiple people see different things at once, as well as trick all five senses and even cause physical harm to people who experience them) on top of being something it likes to use often. In this form, it also has passive madness-hax via its form being legitimately maddening and difficult to look at, and can also show people the Deadlights at any given time just by looking into their eyes or vice-versa.

Basically, if they can't deal with mindhax or illusions, they're either going to be mind controlled or memorywiped, or start off the fight trying to deal with something that isn't even there. And it can easily end the fight at any time by just looking them in the eye.

Powernull is likely just going to make the Deadlights thing happen even sooner.

That depends on how...far you want to go with scaling...

There are far shittier telepaths than Pennywise in the DT continuity who can affect machines with their telepathy (Flagg, Ted Brautigan and Dinky Earnshaw being prime examples), but all of the telepaths who do so are...well, human. Pennywise's avatar isn't biologically the same as any of them, although it can do many of the same things that other telepaths who show up in DT can do.

More or less, if you treat Pennywise's avatar as being its own thing and don't scale at all, it doesn't have direct feats of telepathically messing with technology or anything, and never actually encounters a situation where it needs to do so. (Not that I can remember offhand, anyway) But if you choose to scale to DT's human telepaths who don't have psychic powers anywhere near as good as the avatar does, then yes, it would logically be more than capable of mind controlling a robot or automaton or something.
