How do I do this....
Oryx should go on top of the 6-D passives via Taking isn’t made up.

The rest would need matches to decide where they go, since they ain’t that nuts.

A temporally omnipresent character on a 5D multiverse wide scale should be faster than instant passive hax correct?

The Player (Wizard101) Divine Paradox takes top 3 imo

Immeasurable speed is commonly agreed upon as being faster than instant passive hax, but i don't believe there is any formal thread talking about it, but by extension Temporal Omnipresents should be the same. Omnipresent in past, present, future should allow for one to be be faster and react faster than Instanteous

There was a thread about it, but it got erased during the forum move. The consensus was Immeasurable >>> Passives, unless said passives had feats of affecting such speeds

Chronos is omnipresent on a 5D scale with past, present, and future as well. So would it be reasonable to say hes faster than 6D, and 1A hax?

Temporally omnipresent in past, present, and future

Instead of needing speed. Their already existing there

By which, they should already be able to react faster instant passive hax
"omnipresent characters cannot be automatically assumed to have Infinite or Immeasurable speeds, and attacks coming from them do not necessarily cover the entire universe or multiverse. Some attacks can even be temporally but not spatially omnipresent, and these attacks do not necessarily move through space at Infinite or Immeasurable speeds."

However, since your everywhere in time that means you'll always get hit if the character or ability has enough range.

Put him against Blazblue.
