Above the Theory Goats for sure, and she seems to Incon with Ange, due to being able to Neutralize the placement of a new avatar but not actually kill the True Ange.

Jeffery actually has been shown to neutralize Passive law hax on High 1-A at least, Absorption is a no, but if it isn't instantaneous it should be stoppable and even past that Herah should be able to regen unless for some reason this absorbtion nulls it.
Jeffery resist Power Null from High 1-A so they're just fine.

Requires H1A Range to hit him and can enter CHIM which gives him like 1-A+ and like maybe H1A stuff.
Unless I guess we dont allow CHIM or something since its a 1-A Transformation.

Actually, Powernull is the one ability that Jeffery can retroactively resist. Being shown to resist it after having it placed on them and their presence breifly shut down. So Caine isn't a problem. And even as Subjective Reality, Jeffery should still be fine since the power null he resist is pretty much Caine's disbelief hax but broader.
She's got the High 1-A range with Jeffery.

it isnt power null though, it doesnt matter that they resist it when caine just sees a huge pencil his disbelief kicks in makes jeffery a pencil, cause that is that he believes jeffery to be, it isnt power null and it doesnt matter that the thing he resisted has broader applications

how high? cus vivec is on the dreamlseeve which is beyond the reach of multiple H1A's like anui-el etc.
