Actualy, it's his 'inferior 'form (Prime / Young Mechikabura),now he is Dark King Mechikabura and he currently look like this :

He has a pretty pimp throne too and had a brainwashed Chronoa on his lap.

Also he got his dark king form before his young form could even fight, which is too bad.
