Correct me if i'm wrong but when you have toonforce you can use 4th wall awereness,but when you have 4rth wall awereness i doesn't nessesary mean you're a toonforce user.I THINK toonfoce is better

4th Wall Awareness doesn't seem useful. I could only see it useful against like an Umineko character if you also have Higher Dimensional Manipulation.

Toon Force is humorous and childish. Thus, it won't touch complicated subject that may lead to higher ratings.
It's easy for it to obtain mid-high ratings like Planet, Star or universal, but harder for it to obtain truly high ratings.
Meanwhile, 4th wall is often treated as serious due to the advent of metafiction. Tier 2 and 1 are more likely to be obtained via 4th wall than toon force.
