It alters the target's perception to make them believe that the caster is their friend. Based on Nabe's personality and her specialization in lightning magic, I don't think she'll use it unless her attacks are having trouble landing.

I think that her teleportation and flight might pose a problem for Bakugo.

Yeah, that sucks. Most of Overlod will literally be weaker than Master Chief.
