I don't think that enough to count. IIRC, Naruto characters have shown the ability to harm others with logia like intangibility (such as Suigetsu). So I don't think that sould be a problem to Gaara too.

@Xansussama that's not how it works. Suigetsu was harmed by other means. It doesn't automatically mean that Naruto characters can hurt logias.

I'm going for Ajeel due to range, better sand control, Logia like powers and Sand-World advantages.

Suigetsu mostly gets damaged by lightning style moves. Gaara doesn't have a type advantage over Ajeel

Gaara has this imo. He can make his sand faster by using his wind release and he will override Ajeel's sand with his chakra. Also Gaara has sealing which Ajeel has no way of defending agaisn't.

That's still didn't mean that Gaara has no way to harm Ajeel. Furthermore, I don't think that Ajeel's sand body has no way to harm, since even characters like Elfman and Lisanna can defeat him.
