The Regen will be a pain for him to deal with but heat ignores durability and he has zero heat resistance so that would probably be be his best bet

He can counter thorn, cyclone and quake but he has minor to no counters for solar, thunderstorm, blaze and ice. Besides thunderstorm and blaze are the MVPs out of all the other elements.

Then the argument of his clones snapping out simply doesn't work. His fear inducement and illusions work on multiple people. If they are in his sight or even looking at him they get caught by it. Arguing the clones would snap him out wouldn't work either because at that point Tomura would hit him with the several kilometer wide decay that would one shot him while he's scared and under illusions

Most of those are countered by his regen. Ice is countered by Decay.
Although not fully countered. Depending on the heat of his attacks he might be able to kill Shiggy.

Significantly hotter than magma, his light attacks are also stated to be much hotter being able to vaporize a hole in Tapops space base's thick walls made of possibly titanium alloy.
