Nah he can't, it's just he was blasted by the laser and inside the laser for a long time and the reason he was pined was because he was blasted down to the bottom of the sea floor

He can only deconstruct energy if it's comporeal and physical, like re-destro's stress attacks

He could use his own air attacks to disperse the tornado, decay the meteros before they even connect with him like what he did to re-destro's attacks in MVA arc and decay a hole/tunnel in the ground to avoid that

oh, guess the song of ice and fire is needed to defeat Shigaraki huh? well he has the ice elemental. He could hit Shigaraki with a tornado, light the tornado on fire and freeze the tornado and then continue from that point onwards.

Does the ability have a limit to its reflect cause here's a Boi using the light element against a shield with attack reflection:

and here is him causing the Shield to crack with Solar's first attack and eventually causing it to fragment with a second attack:

So does the ability capable of fully reflecting a fused solar and lightning elemental attack? otherwise Shigaraki might receive one heck of a ride to outer space.

It's not really a stomp as he made bakugo and deku have visions of their deaths when shigaraki showed up but snapped out of it when someone else grabbed them and moved them away and no other hero after that was scared of shigaraki after that

Also he can have a death stare to put fear into people even when they are mind controled but I'm pretty sure one of his clones could snap him out of it. But shigaraki hasn't used his death stare in his 98% afo sate because he would have vs star and stripe but he didn't
