Tomura Shigaraki vs Mukae Emukae

Seriously... How is this match not a stomp?

Shigarashi can just standing and start his Decay. while Emukae didn't have any chace to know what happen before she took that.

Emukae's plant manip is worthless as the plants just got decay and her speed advantage is also useless as it not fast enough for her to blize Shigarashi before got decay.

Emukae has zero chance to wine here. So This is a stomped.

He can't decay with his feet, people are just taking a scene of shoes decaying that proves nothing. He's touching the ground with his hand for god sake.

Either way it's not on his profile so it's not usable here.

Still, all he has to do is bend down and touch the ground to activate his Quirk. It could be a stomp if Mukae really has zero chances of killing Shigaraki.

Where do you see those cracks on the ground the usually indicate Decay coming from?

The cracks simply traveled from his hands to his feet, you can see that some of them are already under his feet, the next panel is just showing this.

I'm not seeing it. Nor am I understanding why Horikoshi gave the foot such heaving emphasis to make a close up panel if it was just coming from the hands.

I don't believe the last part. Re-Destro wasn't going to be surprised after Shigaraki tanked his attacks.

Shigaraki didn't tanked anything, he destroyed Re-Destro's attacks before they could hit him, and Re-Destro was actually very surprised by that.

Also, I'm pretty sure he would be surprised if Shigaraki suddenly demonstrates a skill never seen before. Shigaraki being able to Decay from his feet is much more dangerous and important than being able to do a weaker Decay with two fingers.

The only way to avoid this is for Shigaraki's enemy to be airborne. Even then they're not truly safe from the attack. This is likely a stomp, and I'm saying this as a big fan of him and want to give him more wins.

?

He can't decay the ground that is being decayed without getting decayed.

Edit:

I mean, if they're both decaying the ground, his decay will not reach her as the ground closest to her would have already been decayed by Raff.

He doesn't decay himself and both seem to affect things differently. Mukae melts things, while Shig dusts stuff. I feel like his might be the stronger decay ability.

Hm... is that a limitation? Sure we haven't seen Shigaraki dust air or gases, nor have we seen him dust liquids. The only thing we've seen him dust are solids.

The Sand hero doesn't count, as he is made of a lot of minuscule solids that Shigaraki couldn't get all five fingers on but since his awakening, the outcome of that match up has changed.

It's hard to tell then. After awakening, the only human things he dusted was Destro's legs and Destro cut them off before the decay could reach the rest of him so we don't know how much of the blood is from him cutting his legs off and if any of the blood is from the legs getting decayed.
