This is basically just a question of whether or not Ark's resistance to MM is good enough to resist Tomoki's charm.

Even if Tomoki gets beaten to near death or fear manip'd, or whatever, his charm never stops working.

So the opponent would just get cu**'d more often than not.

It's really interesting that this mindhax which can control entire countries is resisted by pretty much every relevant character in the story.

Depend, does his charm work on in-animated object? Ark “mind” is basically 1 and 0.

and his mind hax at peak is him taking over all Humagears on earth, which should be around a few billions since Humagears in that timeline have become the dominant species after a he revolution.

It could or could-not work on in-animate objects.

It works on dreams, spirits, and illusions; so probably.

His charm can also be coated or placed on/within objects, but who's to say if its magic would directly effect the object itself if it had a "mind"? I'd say no for the sake of this battle, but narratively he very likely could.

Wait... His charm worked on someone who transformed into a sword, does that count?

His potency. Since he’s basically mind controlled/possessed his A.I. Minion with to fight since he doesn’t have a physically, well, fleshy...metallic(?) form.

it’ll be like mind controlling a puppet.

Well the thing about charm is that anyone who sees Tomoki would be influenced by him, without them even realizing it.

They'd start thinking:

"Hey, he's kind of cool. A nice and honorable guy." And would instinctively go easy on him even while in a life or death fight with him. Avoiding using things that would defeat him among other things. Eventually being subservient to him or being one of his many lovers (If you're a woman)

So...If the True Form/Will can see Tomoki, then Tomoki can probably influence it, since charm works on illusions and dreams (AKA the Spirit monster things used by the demon race and others).

Tomoki has gotten beat to near death, dusted, and iirc even MM'd by Tomoe; and his charm never shut off or stopped working. So once he gets knocked out Ark just bfr's itself or shuts itself down; because it wishes to not harm Tomoki.

So best case scenario, it's an incon, or Tomoki wins after waking up for those reasons.

Ark Zero have two different mindhax, first is his corruption hax which he used in satellite form and second is passive madness hax which he used in Rider Form.

Anyway, Ark Zero resistance to mindhax should scale to scales to other Riders whom resist his mindhax.

Moreover, Ark Zero true form are abstract being which i doubt Tomoki can mindhax him unless he shown to have such feat.
