Tom vs Johnny

Beach setting? Both get distracted by bikini babes. Fight inconclusive.
Ok, serious now. Neither can really permanantly hurt the other, though if i remember correctly Tom was downed by the suposedly city-threatening explosion, while Johnny's Large Town Duribility feat left him unphased.
If Johnny resorts to Time or Plot Manipulation, Tom could recognize it with his Fourth Wall Awarness, but I dont see how he could counter it other than it possibly giving him some prep time.
With prep time, I think Jonny would take it. Tom's plans already have about a 50/50 chance of failing (which wouldn't be helped by Johnny's Propbability Manipulation) while Johnny would just grab a broom or vacuum.

Sleep Inducement would also work to incap Johnny. Dunno how likely Tom is to use it

Now that I think about it, I'm gonna change my vote to Inconclusive. Both have powers that should get past each other's regen (Plot Manip for Johnny and Sleep Manip for Tom) but it really depends on who hits first
