I almost forgot to tell you, there should be as many keys as tier categories, and they should also be all in bold in the same fashion the tier section does (Aka, only the "|" are not bolded).

It appears that you forgot to mix the 4-A and 3-C keys into a single one in the other sections of the profile, and he still has 3 keys, which are inconsistent to the number of tier categories he has (in this case, 2).
