  • In Chapter 68 Page 10, Kaneki is shown breaking into the Cochela Database. Should be enough to get him this ability.

How can I be sure that Kaneki did indeed hack that database? As far as I can see the computer already had the database date accessible or did not have a defense layer as such.

If we are not sure then we would simply use a likely or possibly.

Sound Manipulation:

• In Chapter 81 Page 15 and Page 16, it is shown that Kaneki can morph his Kagune in a way that mimics his voice. He does it so well that it even tricks Arima.

This is literally not sound manipulation, it is just an extension of Kaneki who could say that phrase, he is not manipulating the sound at all and also on the page itself there is no indication of an application similar to this case.

Sound Manipulation: In Chapter 43 Page 4, Eto does something the same thing as Kaneki, arguably even does it better as it can form full words instead of random screaming, so it should also grant her sound manipulation.

Same case as Kaneki.

This reminds me of Zagred's case in Black Clover, his body produced alot of mouth shaped stuffs that could talk, but it's not deemed as Sound Manipulation.
