Tokio vs Kaneki

I was today years old when I learned Tokio could blitz Kaneki in unequal speed. (Following)

He can't, Kaneki has Kakuja, which can be entered faster than Tokio's Chaos State, unless you're thinking that Tokio starts in base vs Kaneki who's already lashing Kagune at him

I meant as in Tokio being FTL vs Kaneki who’s Relativistic with Kagune and Reactions. Thats why I made the unequal speed comment.
But since equal speed though Tokio’s gonna have to deal with Kaneki’s reactions and his Kagune attacks being faster since it’s Tokio is being slowed down to Kaneki’s combat speed. So that’s already one advantage for Kaneki.

Tokio likely won't be taking that much damage due to his wings, he can also raise overtime too from what little damage the barrages do. He also has better mobility due to him being able to fly, but he can't attack from far away, Kaneki would have the advantage due to better range. Kaneki also has better skill than this Tokio since he doesn't get his training until the next key.
I think the matchup depends on whether or not Tokio can enter his Chaos State, he'd likely win from it

Someone needs to fix the Choujin X profiles. Tokio should NOT be Tier 7 or FTL in the Pre-Timeskip key at the very least.

Just like Kakuja, which gives him blitz and one-shot amplification, and AD, which allows him to jump levels. Kaneki also couldn't regenerate his torso and brain injuries, but that didn't stop his AD from taking him from 8-A to High 7-C.

Yea I think Kaneki can enter his a lot faster than Tokio, with him also having the massive skill advantage, I could see him shutting the fight down pretty fast. Tokio is pretty Inexperienced as a fighter compared to Kaneki.
Will Vote Kaneki for now, I think this matchup would be a lot better if Tokio was in his second key, but Kaneki would just physically diff
