Every single person possess different rate of power. Some more into hax, some just physically, some just intelligence. Well, Ahu case is really weird since his power varied each day based on people belief. I kinda pissed of when they don’t even show glimpse of his transformation power in the series itself not just PV or OP. Well there are Author Interrogation which stated that those event did happen so at the very least it could be argued that as A possibility,
One thing for sure, the best option for now is using Queen Beam attack as a form of baseline for Top 10 Heroes considering they are comparable to one another with the exception of X since he is an outlier.
I did intent to calculate that but he didn’t actually summon storm rather he only induce lightning from the cloud. At the very least we are not exactly shown gathering of clouds when he use his power since it seem like it already there.

I have Good news and Bad news.
Good new is My Lin ling's feats Calculation had been accepted so we now actually have a pure 8-C physical feat (Other 8-C feats came from E'soul lightning and Vortex's tornado which isn't really that scalable) and upgrade of Lifting strength to Class K
Bad new is my Queen 8-A calculation had been rejected at least using my current method. DMUA had yet to reply to my question about whether my new method would work but even if it got accepted, It would be still within 8-C range

Good news. Many of my calculations that can boost characters to high tier had been accepted
We have two new 9-A calculation which we could scale for low ranking heroes.
Wreck's raise stones pillar had been accepted
We finally have accepted 8-B calculation (About 35.7367 Tons) which can be scale to anyone comparable or stronger to Wreck (Basically Top 10 heroes and then some)
Any ranking higher than Wreck should actually be around 8-B+ or 8-A for the very top tier scaling to Smile who tank Dragon Boy's attack

Yeah, though that only scale to Wreck through Earth Manipulation. Though, I did derive proper 8-B calculation that can be scale from that very feat as well so yeah.

Idk why it won't apply to their physicals when Wreck blatantly uses those rocks as projectiles, so Nice would need to be durable enough to tank them.

He did use them as projectile and Nice did punch through them but they are of different scale in terms of size, weight and energy. If one of the rising stone pillar did attack Nice and he endure it, then he would directly scale to that. Unless we can somehow proof the projectile contain the same weight or energy as them, it is unscalable.

I'm talking about the strength Wreck would need to use to lift those rocks. The strength he used there should be the same strength he used to attack Nice with the smaller rock formations. Also Wreck being a weaker hero would already put his highest feat below what then top 10 can accomplish
